The Professional Scrum Foundations course is a 2-day, multi-Sprint simulation of Scrum. Participants will work in a Scrum Team through a series of Sprints to build a product. Participants will learn the Scrum framework, the role of the Scrum Master, and experience what it's like to be in a Professional Scrum Team.
With true-to-life scenarios, the PSF course help participants develop a deep awareness of common misteps and misunderstandings. PSF is a cutting-edge course for anyone coaching an organization toward business agility.
