Professional Scrum Master - Advanced
Overview
The Professional Scrum Master - Advanced course teaches a broad range of facilitation techniques Scrum Masters can use to help their team achieve effectiveness. Scrum teams are cross-functional, self-managing, and capable of producing releaseable increments every Sprint. The organization must clear the path for delivery and ensure the Scrum team(s) can operate independently.
Training materials are created and maintained by Ken Schwaber and the PST community — always in tune with what’s happening in software development and always up-to-date with latest practices.
